Ingrid is the Managing Director of mentalhealth@work® which facilitates mentally healthy, supportive and resilient workplaces. Ingrid’s qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Community Mental Health. A mental health advocate of many years, she has participated on national boards, committees and advisory
groups. MH@Work is an ambassador of Lifeline's Stress Down Day.
